Regional Merchandiser

BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Work as a merchandiser in home improvement centers. You'll be expected to set up point of purchase (POP) displays, downstock products, merchandise products on shelf, maintain current displays, train store personnel, etc.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: Good driving record (company vehicle provided). Applicants must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. repeatedly throughout each day, and be skilled with hand tools/power tools. Mandatory drug screening required.

TRAINING: Training is hands on with trainer for five days. Training is paid..

SCHEDULE: This position will require working five consecutive weeks, including weekends. Merchandisers then have two weeks off (14 days). The five weeks will be spent OUT-OF-STATE in an assigned multi-state region.

INCOME: Based on store visits. Flat rates per store. Bonus program available.

PER DIEM: $50 per day for lodging and $20 per day for food.

OTHER COVERED EXPENSES: TayMac will provide airfare to and from the assigned region. Once you arrive on location you will have a company vehicle that is to be used during the five week route. A fuel and maintenance card is provided for company vehicle.
